There is a spacious view from the front porch of Christy Morris's new house looking out over the pasture.  The town is Glendon Community.  The home is lovely.

Christy's two little boys attended as well, and enjoyed participating from the sidelines.

From the first hellos to the final benediction it's a wonderful gathering, a super celebration of another new Habitat home.

March 4, 2008 ~ The Vivero Family ~ House #151

Delicious aromas filled the room as family, friends, volunteers and co-workers gathered together to celebrate the dedication of The Vivero Family's new home. It was a rainy Tuesday but the home was filled to capacity. The Vivero Family is the first family to move into their new home on Bonsal Way. Bonsal Way is in our new neighborhood of Bonsal Place in Aberdeen. Crystal and Alex, along with their two children and Crystal's mother, thanked all volunteers for their helping hands and their dedication in finishing their home. Alex and two friends played Spanish hymns to thank God and to bless the home. A wonderful dinner of many Mexican dishes as well as a fabulous cake were served at the end of the evening. Welcome to the neighborhood!
