Blueprint Breakfast

Business Build Kick-off at Penick Village
Wednesday, September 25th at 8:00 am

This year’s build recognizes a lead partnership from First Bank. A unique mortgage arrangement with First Bank will increase our ability to create affordable housing. This partnership is a “game-changer” and we are grateful to the incredible staff team at First Bank for their generosity. The build will kick off with our Blueprint Breakfast on Wednesday, September 25th from 8:00-9:30am. Special thanks to Penick Village for hosting the event, which will highlight our accomplishments of last year and preview the special projects on the board for this year. All businesses interested in pledging to join this year’s business build as a financial and/or volunteer sponsor of at least $100 or a 10-person build day are invited to attend the breakfast at no additional cost. Pledges can be fulfilled through June 30, 2020. Our goal is to raise $70,000 (in financial and in-kind support) and fill the 30 build days required to complete a Habitat home.

CEO Build Day

Build Beside Area Leaders at Alan Charles Way
Friday, October, 25th at 8:00 am

The first day of construction on this year’s home will take place on Friday, October 25th from 8am-1pm with our “CEO Build Day!” On this day, our business leaders will trade in their suits, ties and heels for hardhats, tool belts and work gloves. We will begin the day with only a floor system but hope to raise all of the walls and allow our fantastic local business leaders the chance to actively engage in our work and spend time together outside the usual board room. All following build days can be secured by workplace teams or individuals eager to put their skills to work. No prior build experience is needed, as our construction team is gifted at helping you find your niche for the day!
