Women Build Meeting

Habitat is proud to announce the return of our Women Build Committee! We are thrilled to have so many of you interested in this unique build to celebrate the empowerment of women. Our effort will not only create a home for a special family, but it will serve as a reminder of what women can accomplish together. This home will be funded and constructed primarily by women and will provide a female-friendly worksite that empowers women to take leadership roles and learn new skills while building homes, community, and hope. The 2022 Women Build Committee is on a mission to raise awareness of the need for affordable housing in Moore County. The power and strength of women are amplified when we join together in a common cause and are inspired to go beyond our comfort zones. Our committee will meet every second Thursday of the month at the Forest Creek Country Club Board Room at 3:00 pm.
